A compact console with body ultrasound cavitation, radiofrequency (RF) attachments for face and body, and vacuum RF. The vacuum attachment combines suction with RF warmth; its pressure and timing controls are separate.

  • Four dedicated handpieces Separate tools for cavitation, body RF, facial RF and vacuum RF.
  • Independent vacuum controls Adjust pressure separately from suction and release timing.
  • 4.3-inch touchscreen Choose the function, time and output mode on screen.
  • EMS within RF Electrical muscle stimulation is a mode in the body and facial RF interfaces, not an extra handpiece.

A compact setup with room to choose

COMPACT VACUUM RF SYSTEM

Keep body and facial care in one tabletop setup. This mini system gives you separate attachments for ultrasound cavitation, body RF, facial RF and vacuum RF, so you can choose the function you need without changing consoles.

The 4.3-inch touchscreen handles time and mode selection. Vacuum pressure has its own rear dial, separate from the suction and release timers.

Choose the handpiece first, then adjust its controls.

What this setup gives you

  • Separate facial RF attachment keeps facial care distinct from the body functions.
  • A rear dial changes vacuum pressure without changing the timer settings.
  • Suction and release timing can be adjusted separately.
  • RF interfaces include continuous, pulsed and EMS modes.
  • Four attachments share one console instead of four separate devices.

Choose the attachments that fit your plans. An extra function gives you another option; it does not establish a better cosmetic result.

Identify the attachments

Is this the setup you need?

Start with the functions you want and the space you have. Then check the safety restrictions before deciding.

You want vacuum alongside RF

  • You prefer a separate suction attachment rather than RF alone.
  • Pressure and timing have separate controls.

You want a compact tabletop setup

  • You have a stable surface for the console and space for its cords.
  • Check the dimensions of the unit and its attachments before ordering.

You want a dedicated facial option

  • You want a facial attachment rather than adapting a body tool.
  • Facial care uses the separate facial RF handpiece.

Cavitation, Body RF, Facial RF, Vacuum bipolar RF

Ultrasound, RF and suction work in different ways. They are separate functions here, not interchangeable attachments. EMS means electrical muscle stimulation; it appears as a mode within the two RF interfaces rather than as a fifth physical handpiece.

  1. Cavitation — Uses ultrasound, or high-frequency sound waves. Area: Documented body areas, such as the abdomen, thighs and buttocks; not the face.
  2. Body RF — Uses radiofrequency energy to produce warmth at the applicator. Area: Body areas including the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and upper arms; follow the area-specific procedure.
  3. Facial RF — Provides a separate RF attachment for facial care. Area: The facial areas shown in this model’s instructions; no neck-use claim is made.
  4. Vacuum bipolar RF — Combines suction with RF; bipolar means RF uses two contacts. Area: Body care. A facial vacuum procedure is not established for this configuration.

Ultrasonic cavitation is an established noninvasive body-contouring technology that uses acoustic energy as part of a targeted treatment approach.

This is a general technology description. The cited literature does not establish the efficacy, safety, optimal settings, or expected results of this specific home-use product.

Radiofrequency energy is used in cosmetic skin-care technologies that apply controlled RF energy as part of skin-firming and skin-tightening routines.

This evidence describes RF technology generally and does not validate this specific product, its exact output, treatment protocol, or individual results.

  1. Applying conductive ultrasound transmission gel to target treatment area.

    Check suitability first

Read this model’s contraindications and the instructions for the function you intend to use. If a medical condition or implant may affect suitability, resolve that before starting.

  2. Selecting operating parameters and pulse intervals on the 4.3-inch touchscreen interface.

    Prepare the correct attachment

For vacuum use, identify the rear pressure dial and the separate Suction and Relax timers before starting. Confirm the compatible medium for the selected attachment.

  3. Executing slow, continuous circular passes across abdominal contours.

    Follow the area-specific procedure

Use the selected function’s settings, medium and movement instructions. Do not copy a higher setting, longer time or combined sequence from another model.

  4. Applying the dedicated Facial RF handpiece along jawline and cervical contours.

Finish and care for the equipment

After switching off and disconnecting power, wipe exterior contact surfaces as directed with a damp cloth or cotton. Filter installation is illustrated, but filter washing, reuse and replacement timing need separate confirmation.

The supplied procedure is the starting point, not proof that every user can safely follow it. Equipment rest periods are not skin-session limits. Stop if the procedure feels painful, excessively hot or concerning.

4–8 Weeks Consistent Protocol

Collagen remodeling and lymphatic clearance operate on physiological timelines. Combined 40kHz cavitation and vacuum RF support gradual smoothing of skin texture and improved local circulation when used 2–3 times weekly.

Individual results naturally vary based on tissue density, hydration levels, and consistent adherence to directional drainage techniques. Always pair sessions with adequate water intake.

Answers for this configuration.

What does the Litevisage cavitation system do?

The system combines three synergistic physical modalities: 40kHz acoustic cavitation to disrupt subcutaneous adipose tissue, vacuum suction to stimulate lymphatic circulation, and multi-depth radiofrequency (Body and Facial RF) to thermally stimulate dermal collagen synthesis.

How do you perform a routine at home?

Apply a generous layer of conductive ultrasound gel or contouring oil to clean skin. Select the designated handpiece, initiate the session at the lowest energy level, and maintain smooth, continuous passes following our clinical abdominal protocols and directional lymphatic drainage pathways.

What areas can this device be used on?

The cavitation and vacuum body probes are engineered for zones with dense subcutaneous fat: abdomen, waist flanks, thighs, buttocks, and upper arms. The dedicated Facial RF handpiece is reserved for the jawline, cheeks, and neck.

Can the cavitation head be used on the jawline or neck?

No. The 40kHz cavitation handpiece is strictly engineered for body zones with dense adipose tissue (abdomen, flanks, thighs, buttocks, and upper arms). For the jawline, cheeks, and neck, switch exclusively to the dedicated Facial RF handpiece, which delivers gentle thermal dermal stimulation calibrated for delicate contours.

How long should a facial RF session last?

Facial RF treatments should last 5–8 minutes per targeted zone. Facial dermis is significantly thinner than body tissue; concise, continuous circular motions deliver sufficient thermal energy for neocollagenesis without heat accumulation.

Can I use the machine without gel or lotion?

Never operate any handpiece on dry skin. Acoustic ultrasound and radiofrequency require a conductive liquid medium—such as ultrasound transmission gel or targeted body contouring oil—to safely couple the probe to your skin. Dry operation prevents energy transfer and can cause uncomfortable surface friction.

How often can you use the machine?

Perform 2–3 sessions per week per target zone during the initial 4–8 week conditioning cycle. Allow at least 48 hours between treatments on the same area to support optimal hepatic metabolic clearance and tissue rest. Transition to 1–2 maintenance sessions monthly thereafter.

Check suitability before use

  • Do not use during pregnancy or menstruation, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or over a metal or silicone implant without resolving the model’s restrictions. The supplied guidance also excludes breastfeeding.
  • Do not use over open wounds, acute inflammation or infected skin. Check the full contraindication list before use, including epilepsy, cancer and the medical conditions listed for this model.
  • Use ultrasound cavitation only on the documented body areas. Keep it away from the face, bony areas and joints.
  • Follow the facial or eye attachment’s own procedure. Never apply energy to the eyeball.
  • Stop for pain, excessive heat, uncomfortable stimulation or concerning skin changes.
  • Confirm the specified medium and the actual unit’s electrical configuration. Keep liquid away from the console and connectors.
  • Use the dedicated facial RF head for facial care. Vacuum RF is limited here to body care because a facial procedure is not established in the supplied material.

This is a summary, not the full contraindication list or medical clearance. Follow the complete instructions for the exact unit. No FDA clearance, Health Canada authorization or product-specific clinical results are asserted on this page.

Takes consistency, but it actually works

I've been using this on my lower stomach for about 5 weeks now. You definitely need to drink a ton of water and go for a walk right after. The ringing sound from the cavitation head is weird at first, but you get used to it. My stomach is visibly tighter.

Good machine, messy gel

The build quality of the machine is solid and the touchscreen is super responsive. I knocked off one star because keeping the 3mm gel layer they recommend can get a bit messy. The vacuum RF feature is amazing for lymphatic drainage on the thighs though.

Saved me thousands on clinic visits

I used to pay $200 per session for cavitation at a medspa. This console is literally the exact same technology. I use the 40kHz head twice a week on my flanks and follow up with the vacuum RF. The results are undeniable after a month.

Exactly what I needed for postpartum skin

Bought this specifically for the multi-polar RF to help with skin laxity after my second baby. You really have to keep the probe moving to avoid it getting too hot, but once you figure out the 90-degree angle, it feels like a warm massage. My skin looks so much firmer.

Works well, requires patience

Don't buy this expecting a miracle overnight. It took me a full 6 weeks of doing it 2-3 times a week to see the circumference of my thighs go down. The vacuum takes a minute to get the hang of (start on the lowest suction!). Overall, a high-quality clinical tool.
