At Litevisage, we stand behind the precision engineering and craftsmanship of our at-home and salon beauty technology. Every Litevisage device purchased directly from our official store is backed by our comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
1. Warranty Coverage Period
This warranty is valid for one full year (365 days) starting from the documented delivery date of your order. It covers the main console unit, power supply components, and included handpiece attachments (Cavitation, Vacuum RF, Facial RF, and Body RF).
2. What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects affecting the main unit console or digital display.
- Failure of internal ultrasonic transducers or radiofrequency heating components during normal, intended operation.
- Vacuum suction motor defects and internal pump irregularities under routine filter care.
- Faulty power adapters and connection interface ports upon delivery.
3. What is Not Covered
- Damage resulting from accidental drops, improper storage, physical abuse, or cosmetic scratches.
- Liquid damage or gel ingress caused by operating without required filter cotton or improper handpiece cleaning.
- Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, opening of the machine casing, or voltage mismatch.
- Consumable accessories and replacement supplies (e.g., replacement filter cotton, conductive gel).
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience any operational issue with your equipment, please follow these steps:

- Provide your original order confirmation number and a brief video or photo demonstrating the issue.
- Our technical team will troubleshoot the device with you within 24–48 hours. If a hardware defect is verified, we will provide replacement parts, repair services, or an exchange at no cost to you.
