Five contact handpieces and a laser-pad function in one station. Body ultrasound cavitation and vacuum RF sit alongside three radiofrequency (RF) heads: tripolar and quadrupolar for documented facial care, sextupolar for body care.

  • Six functions Cavitation, vacuum RF, three RF heads and a laser-pad function.
  • Body RF head The six-contact, or sextupolar, attachment has a body-care procedure.
  • Facial RF options Tripolar and quadrupolar heads have facial procedures in the supplied material.
  • Laser-pad function A separate pad-based option rather than another contact handpiece.

SIX-FUNCTION TABLETOP SYSTEM

This six-function system adds laser pads and a broader RF attachment set to body cavitation and vacuum RF. It is worth considering if you want those options available in one console.

The function count includes five contact handpieces and the laser-pad function. The three RF heads do not share the same role: sextupolar RF is for the body; tripolar and quadrupolar RF have facial procedures.

Six functions describes the configuration, not a six-step treatment.

What this setup gives you

  • A laser-pad function expands the attachment set beyond cavitation and RF.
  • Three RF heads let you identify the attachment by contact count and intended area.
  • The six-contact RF head has a body-care role.
  • Tripolar and quadrupolar RF are documented for facial care; neither is marketed here as an unverified neck tool.
  • A separate vacuum RF head provides the suction function.

Choose the attachments that fit your plans. An extra function gives you another option; it does not establish a better cosmetic result.

Identify the attachments

6-in-1 Cavitation Machine with Laser Pads & Vacuum RF console and its labeled attachments
Match the labels on the product image to the attachment guide below.

Use an image of the exact shipped configuration, with each attachment labeled by function. Connector location or head size alone is not a treatment-area guide.

Is this the setup you need?

Start with the functions you want and the space you have. Then check the safety restrictions before deciding.

You want a laser-pad option

  • You want pads as well as contact handpieces in the same station.
  • A pad function does not establish a combined treatment sequence.

You want several RF attachments

  • You want to compare facial and body RF tools by their actual roles.
  • More contacts do not prove greater depth or stronger results.

You can accommodate a larger attachment set

  • You have space for the console, handpieces, pads and cords.
  • Do not use the shipping-box dimensions as the console footprint.

Which attachment does what?

Cavitation, Vacuum RF, Tripolar RF, Quadrupolar RF, Sextupolar RF, Laser pads

The RF head names count their contacts: three, four or six. That is a useful way to tell them apart, not evidence of depth or effectiveness. The laser-pad function uses a different type of energy from RF. The supplied material does not verify a 635 nm wavelength or a single 1 MHz RF specification for every head.

  1. Cavitation — Provides the 40 kHz ultrasound function. Area: Documented body areas; not for facial care.
  2. Vacuum RF — Provides suction combined with RF. Area: Presented here for body care. Conflicting facial-use and timing wording must be resolved before offering a facial vacuum procedure.
  3. Tripolar RF — Three-contact RF attachment with a facial procedure. Area: Documented facial areas; it is not described here as an eye-only head.
  4. Quadrupolar RF — Four-contact RF attachment whose section describes facial RF. Area: Documented facial areas; neck and arm use are not established by that section.
  5. Sextupolar RF — Six-contact body RF attachment. Area: Body areas including the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and upper arms; follow the area-specific procedure.
  6. Laser pads — Pad-based low-level laser function, often called lipo laser. Area: Body-area use under the pad procedure; keep the beam away from eyes.

Plan one function at a time

Frequency
Follow the confirmed procedure for the chosen function; no whole-system weekly schedule is established.
Session duration
The laser section lists 20 minutes and the tripolar facial section lists 15–20 minutes. Vacuum timing is inconsistent and needs clarification; do not add all function times together.
  1. Position lipo laser pads over target zone with elastic strapping

    Check suitability first

Read this model’s contraindications and the instructions for the function you intend to use. If a medical condition or implant may affect suitability, resolve that before starting.

  2. Apply generous conductive gel before ultrasonic cavitation pass

    Prepare the correct attachment

Choose the head by its documented area, not its size alone. Body RF requires gel and excludes essential oil. Resolve the vacuum timing and medium before using that function.

  3. Glide 40K probe continuously across body contour areas

    Follow the area-specific procedure

Use the selected function’s settings, medium and movement instructions. Do not copy a higher setting, longer time or combined sequence from another model.

  4. Cleanse skin and wipe equipment contacts after session

Finish and care for the equipment

Disconnect power before external cleaning. Confirm the cleaning method for each head and the pads; do not assume a washable filter or immerse the attachments.

The supplied procedure is the starting point, not proof that every user can safely follow it. Equipment rest periods are not skin-session limits. Stop if the procedure feels painful, excessively hot or concerning.

Before you order

Answers for this configuration.

Does 6-in-1 mean six handheld probes?

No. The six functions are five contact-handpiece functions plus the laser-pad function. Pads and handpieces should not be counted as the same type of attachment.

Which RF head is for the body?

The sextupolar, six-contact head has the body RF procedure. The tripolar and quadrupolar sections describe facial RF; this page does not extend the quadrupolar head to the neck or arms.

Is the tripolar head only for the eyes?

No. Its section describes facial RF. An eye-only label would hide the documented facial role and should not replace the supplied instructions.

Are the laser pads verified at 635 nm?

The wavelength is not verified in the supplied material. This page therefore does not publish 635 nm as a product specification.

Can I stack laser, cavitation and RF into one session?

A combined sequence is not established by the separate function times. Do not add the listed durations together or assume that using every function improves results.

Can vacuum RF be used on the face?

Do not use this page as a facial vacuum protocol. The supplied wording conflicts on intended area and timing; facial vacuum use needs manufacturer clarification before a procedure can be published.

Will this machine help me lose weight?

Do not buy it as a weight-loss treatment. No product-specific clinical evidence supplied for this page establishes pounds lost, inches lost or a guaranteed cosmetic result.

Will it work with my outlet?

Check the actual unit’s rating and the plug supplied for your destination before ordering. A listed voltage range alone does not prove automatic switching or a compatible US or Canadian plug.

What if a session feels painful or too hot?

Stop the session. Pain, excessive heat or concerning skin changes are reasons to stop, not to increase speed or add more product and continue.

Check suitability before use

  • Do not use during pregnancy or menstruation, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or over a metal or silicone implant without resolving the model’s restrictions.
  • Do not use over open wounds, acute inflammation or infected skin. Check the full contraindication list before use, including epilepsy, cancer and the medical conditions listed for this model.
  • Use ultrasound cavitation only on the documented body areas. Keep it away from the face, bony areas and joints.
  • Follow the facial or eye attachment’s own procedure. Never apply energy to the eyeball.
  • Stop for pain, excessive heat, uncomfortable stimulation or concerning skin changes.
  • Confirm the specified medium and the actual unit’s electrical configuration. Keep liquid away from the console and connectors.
  • Vacuum RF area and timing wording is inconsistent. Obtain clarification before using that function; no facial vacuum procedure is offered here.

This is a summary, not the full contraindication list or medical clearance. Follow the complete instructions for the exact unit. No FDA clearance, Health Canada authorization or product-specific clinical results are asserted on this page.

Medspa results but you have to be consistent

I used to pay $150 per session at the medspa. This machine pays for itself in a week. The 150W power is legit—it gets warm fast and doesn't drop heat. You MUST drink a ton of water to see results though.

Heavy, sturdy, and professional

Finally a machine that doesn't slide across the table when I pull the cord! At over 14 lbs, this console stays put. The Sextupolar RF probe is incredible for my postpartum stomach.

Love the hands-free laser pads

My favorite routine: I strap the 6 big lipo laser pads around my waist and watch Netflix for 20 mins, then follow up with the 40K cavitation. My jeans are definitely fitting looser after 4 weeks.

Great machine, loud ringing noise

Giving it 4 stars because the 40k cavitation causes a loud ringing sound in your ears. I know this is normal for real cavitation, but it takes getting used to. The skin tightening on my thighs is undeniable though.

Perfect for the jawline

The Quadrupole face probe is the perfect size for targeting the jawline and neck. It feels like a warm hot stone massage. I've noticed a significant lift in my lower face.
