Face and body RF, with clear roles

TABLETOP CAVITATION & RF

This tabletop system keeps the attachment choices straightforward: ultrasound cavitation for the body, a three-contact RF head for the face and a four-contact RF head for the body.

Choose continuous or pulsed RF on the screen. There is no documented vacuum or EMS function in this configuration, making it a focused option for shoppers comparing cavitation and RF alone.

Different RF heads for different areas—not a ranking of strength.

What this setup gives you

  • The facial and body RF heads have separate intended roles.
  • The body RF function may appear as Multipolar RF on the interface.
  • Continuous and pulsed RF options are available.
  • All four cavitation modes use output/pause cycles.
  • A focused attachment set avoids adding functions you may not need.

Choose the attachments that fit your plans. An extra function gives you another option; it does not establish a better cosmetic result.

Identify the attachments

40K Cavitation Machine with Tripolar & Quadrupolar RF console and its labeled attachments
Match the labels on the product image to the attachment guide below.

Use an image of the exact shipped configuration, with each attachment labeled by function. Connector location or head size alone is not a treatment-area guide.

Is this the setup you need?

Start with the functions you want and the space you have. Then check the safety restrictions before deciding.

You want RF head roles to be clear

  • You want a dedicated facial attachment and a separate body attachment.
  • Three and four contacts identify the heads; they do not establish treatment depth.

You prefer cavitation and RF alone

  • You do not need suction, laser pads or electrode-based EMS.
  • Compare the actual attachments rather than the largest function count.

You want a tabletop console

  • You have room to place the console and its three attachments.
  • Leave enough working space for the cords and handpiece movement.

40K cavitation, Tripolar facial RF, Quadrupolar body RF

Contact count helps you recognize the RF heads. It does not tell you how deep energy travels or prove that one head produces better results. RF mode A is continuous, while B–D are pulsed. The cavitation modes are all pulsed; their A–D labels do not match the RF output patterns.

  1. 40K cavitation — Provides ultrasound for body-area care. “40K” is the product’s 40 kHz designation. Area: Documented body areas; not the face.
  2. Tripolar facial RF — Uses three RF contacts; tripolar means three contacts in this head. Area: The facial areas illustrated in the supplied procedure.
  3. Quadrupolar body RF — Uses four RF contacts; also described as tetrapolar or Multipolar RF in this configuration. Area: Body areas including the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and upper arms; follow the area-specific procedure.
Radiofrequency (RF)
Electrical energy at radio frequencies. In RF skincare equipment it can produce warmth; it is different from ultrasound or muscle stimulation. Source
Bipolar / multipolar
Names for RF contact arrangements. Bipolar uses two contacts; multipolar uses multiple contacts. These names alone do not establish energy depth or effectiveness.

Plan one function at a time

Frequency
Use this configuration’s area-specific procedure; no repeat interval is confirmed in the supplied material.
Session duration
The facial diagrams show separate passes with different timings. They do not establish one 5–8-minute face-and-neck session.
  1. Check suitability and prepare treatment area with conductive gel

    Check suitability first

Read this model’s contraindications and the instructions for the function you intend to use. If a medical condition or implant may affect suitability, resolve that before starting.

  2. Match the handpiece to socket and configure parameters

    Prepare the correct attachment

Identify the facial and body RF heads before selecting the screen function. Confirm the compatible treatment medium for each attachment.

  3. Maintain full contact and glide continuously across target zone

    Follow the area-specific procedure

Use the selected function’s settings, medium and movement instructions. Do not copy a higher setting, longer time or combined sequence from another model.

  4. End session, disconnect power and clean handpieces

Finish and care for the equipment

Switch off and disconnect power, then wipe external contact surfaces with a damp cloth or cotton as directed. Do not use the disinfectant products excluded by this manual.

The supplied procedure is the starting point, not proof that every user can safely follow it. Equipment rest periods are not skin-session limits. Stop if the procedure feels painful, excessively hot or concerning.

Before you order

Answers for this configuration.

What does tripolar versus quadrupolar mean?

It means three RF contacts versus four. On this model, the tripolar head is for facial care and the quadrupolar head is for body care; contact count alone does not establish output strength or depth.

Is Multipolar RF a fourth handpiece?

No. It is the interface name for the body RF function in this three-handpiece configuration.

Does this model have EMS?

EMS is not documented for this configuration. Pulsed RF is still RF; it does not become electrical muscle stimulation because the output pauses.

Is cavitation mode A continuous?

No. All four listed cavitation modes are pulsed. Mode A uses 3 seconds on and 3 seconds off; RF mode A has a different meaning and is continuous.

Will this machine help me lose weight?

Do not buy it as a weight-loss treatment. No product-specific clinical evidence supplied for this page establishes pounds lost, inches lost or a guaranteed cosmetic result.

Will it work with my outlet?

Check the actual unit’s rating and the plug supplied for your destination before ordering. A listed voltage range alone does not prove automatic switching or a compatible US or Canadian plug.

What if a session feels painful or too hot?

Stop the session. Pain, excessive heat or concerning skin changes are reasons to stop, not to increase speed or add more product and continue.

Check suitability before use

  • Do not use during pregnancy or menstruation, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or over a metal or silicone implant without resolving the model’s restrictions.
  • Do not use over open wounds, acute inflammation or infected skin. Check the full contraindication list before use, including epilepsy, cancer and the medical conditions listed for this model.
  • Use ultrasound cavitation only on the documented body areas. Keep it away from the face, bony areas and joints.
  • Follow the facial or eye attachment’s own procedure. Never apply energy to the eyeball.
  • Stop for pain, excessive heat, uncomfortable stimulation or concerning skin changes.
  • Confirm the specified medium and the actual unit’s electrical configuration. Keep liquid away from the console and connectors.

This is a summary, not the full contraindication list or medical clearance. Follow the complete instructions for the exact unit. No FDA clearance, Health Canada authorization or product-specific clinical results are asserted on this page.

Solid machine, but ignore the manual

The machine itself is clinical grade. The heating is very consistent. But DO NOT follow the printed manual that says to use essential oils! The website is right—oil will ruin the RF and sting. Stick to a thick water-based gel and it's perfectly safe.

Weird screen modes but works great

The machine works beautifully, but I knocked off a star because the screen labels are literally A, B, E, O instead of A, B, C, D like a normal device. Once you know that E and O are just the pulsed modes, it's fine. The heat gets right into that 113F-149F zone quickly.

Perfect for my jawline

I bought this mainly for the tripolar Face RF attachment. 5 minutes along the jawline twice a week. It feels like a warm stone massage and my skin feels noticeably denser after a month.

Glad it doesn't have the vacuum

I specifically wanted a tabletop system WITHOUT the vacuum function because I wanted a simpler routine. The quadrupolar body RF (labeled tetra-polar on the screen) provides a very uniform, deep heat on my stomach.

You need lots of gel

Great device, but buy a huge jug of ultrasound gel. If the gel gets thin, the RF pins will prick your skin. As long as you have a 3mm layer like the site says, it's completely painless.
