Choose this three-handpiece model for body ultrasound cavitation and separate radiofrequency (RF) attachments for face and body. EMS—electrical muscle stimulation—is available within the RF interfaces. Vacuum is not included.

  • Three separate handpieces Body cavitation, body RF and facial RF each have their own attachment.
  • No vacuum attachment Choose this configuration if suction is not on your feature list.
  • RF mode selection Includes continuous RF, pulsed RF and EMS modes.
  • Compact console A tabletop format with detachable treatment attachments.

Three attachments for a simpler setup

COMPACT THREE-HANDPIECE SYSTEM

If you want cavitation and RF without a vacuum attachment, start here. This compact model separates body ultrasound, body RF and facial RF into three handpieces, keeping the choice of tool easy to follow.

The RF interfaces also include EMS modes. You do not need a separate electrode-pad attachment to access those modes on this configuration.

Three physical handpieces; EMS is part of the RF mode selection.

What this setup gives you

  • Three attachments give each main function its own tool.
  • A separate facial RF head avoids using the cavitation head on the face.
  • EMS is available through the RF interfaces, not through adhesive electrode pads.
  • No pressure dial or vacuum filter is needed for a function this model does not have.

Choose the attachments that fit your plans. An extra function gives you another option; it does not establish a better cosmetic result.

Identify the attachments

Use an image of the exact shipped configuration, with each attachment labeled by function. Connector location or head size alone is not a treatment-area guide.

Is this the setup you need?

Start with the functions you need and the space you have. Review the contraindications before purchasing; fewer handpieces do not mean fewer precautions.

You want the core cavitation and RF functions

  • You prefer three attachments over a larger multi-function station.
  • This model does not include vacuum or laser pads.

You do not want suction

  • Vacuum is not part of your planned routine.
  • Compare the four-handpiece mini system if a vacuum attachment matters to you.

You want body and facial RF kept separate

  • You want to identify the correct RF attachment by its intended area.
  • Body and facial procedures have their own instructions.

Which attachment does what?

Feature overview of the Litevisage 3-in-1 Cavitation, Body RF and Face RF functions.

Cavitation, Body RF, Facial RF

Cavitation is the ultrasound function; RF is the function that uses radiofrequency energy to produce warmth. EMS adds electrical stimulation through the RF interfaces. These labels describe the type of output, not a promise of fat loss or skin tightening.

  1. Cavitation — Provides ultrasound for body-area care. Area: Documented body areas; never use this head for facial care.
  2. Body RF — Provides radiofrequency warmth, with EMS available through its interface. Area: Body areas including the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and upper arms; follow the area-specific procedure.
  3. Facial RF — Provides a separate facial RF attachment, with EMS modes in its interface. Area: The facial areas specified in this model’s procedure.

EMS
Electrical muscle stimulation: electrical pulses used to stimulate muscles. It is a different function from RF. Source

Plan one function at a time

Frequency
Keep 3–6 days between body-area sessions. This body-session interval does not define a Face RF schedule.
Session duration
Timing depends on the selected function and area. Confirm whether the stated duration applies to a function, area or complete routine before combining handpieces. Keep facial timing separate.
  1. Litevisage console with three wired handpieces on a white stand

    Check suitability first

Read this model’s contraindications and the instructions for the function you intend to use. If a medical condition or implant may affect suitability, resolve that before starting.

  2. Litevisage console with three wired handpieces on a white stand

    Prepare the correct attachment

Use the specified gel for cavitation and RF. The body and facial RF sections rule out essential oil as their treatment medium.

  3. Litevisage console with three wired handpieces on a white stand

    Follow the area-specific procedure

Use the selected function’s settings, medium and movement instructions. Do not copy a higher setting, longer time or combined sequence from another model.

  4. Litevisage console with three wired handpieces on a white stand

Finish and care for the equipment

Switch off and disconnect power before wiping exterior contact surfaces as directed. Keep connectors and the console dry; do not apply a vacuum-filter maintenance routine to this model.

Apply compatible gel, begin at a low setting and keep the handpiece moving with the required skin contact. Do not use essential oil as the RF medium. Keep body cavitation off the face, neck, bones and joints. Stop for excessive heat, pain or discomfort; equipment-rest breaks do not permit longer skin sessions.

Before you order

Answers for this configuration.

Is this a three-function or four-function machine?

It has three physical handpieces. The three main attachments are cavitation, body RF and facial RF; EMS is an additional mode within the RF interfaces.

Does it include vacuum?

No. This configuration has no vacuum handpiece. Choose a model with a dedicated vacuum attachment if you want suction.

Can I use essential oil instead of gel?

No for body or facial RF. Those sections specify gel and exclude essential oil; use the medium specified for the chosen function.

Can I use all three heads for 20 minutes each?

Do not add the separate procedure times into a 60-minute treatment. Each time applies to its own function and area; a combined sequence is not established by those timings.

Will this machine help me lose weight?

Do not buy it as a weight-loss treatment. No product-specific clinical evidence supplied for this page establishes pounds lost, inches lost or a guaranteed cosmetic result.

Will it work with my outlet?

Check the actual unit’s rating and the plug supplied for your destination before ordering. A listed voltage range alone does not prove automatic switching or a compatible US or Canadian plug.

What if a session feels painful or too hot?

Stop the session. Pain, excessive heat or concerning skin changes are reasons to stop, not to increase speed or add more product and continue.

Check suitability before use

  • Do not use during pregnancy or menstruation, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or over a metal or silicone implant without resolving the model’s restrictions.
  • Do not use over open wounds, acute inflammation or infected skin. Check the full contraindication list before use, including epilepsy, cancer and the medical conditions listed for this model.
  • Use ultrasound cavitation only on the documented body areas. Keep it away from the face, bony areas and joints.
  • Follow the facial or eye attachment’s own procedure. Never apply energy to the eyeball.
  • Stop for pain, excessive heat, uncomfortable stimulation or concerning skin changes.
  • Confirm the specified medium and the actual unit’s electrical configuration. Keep liquid away from the console and connectors.

This is a summary, not the full contraindication list or medical clearance. Follow the complete instructions for the exact unit. No FDA clearance, Health Canada authorization or product-specific clinical results are asserted on this page.

Saves me so much money

This is the perfect entry-level machine if you do not want to spend thousands at a med spa. It pays for itself after like two uses.

Buy extra gel

Nice machine and it definitely heats up fast. Just a heads up that you will need to buy a big bottle of ultrasound gel on Amazon if you plan to use it regularly.

Fast shipping and easy to use

Received it in Vancouver in just a few days. The instructions are very clear about which handpiece to use where. Happy with my purchase.

Ringing sound is real but it works

The tinnitus ringing in your ears during the 40k cavitation is definitely annoying but I read that means it is working. Working on my postpartum belly and seeing slow but steady progress.

Cellulite looks better

Super straightforward. I just put on a Netflix show and use it on my thighs. The cellulite is looking noticeably less prominent after a month.
