Handpiece Guide & Quick Overview

MedSpa-Grade 40kHz Ultrasonic Cavitation — Dedicated Triangular Tabletop Console
Target stubborn localized fat deposits, lower belly fullness, and thigh dimpling with the Litevisage 40K Cavitation Console, engineered with a focused single-handpiece design that delivers concentrated acoustic energy without unnecessary multi-wand complexity.

Dedicated Heavy-Duty Metal Handpiece & Tactile Triangular Base

  • 40kHz Ultrasonic Body Handpiece: Equipped with a wide 70mm (2.76 in) flat metal acoustic transducer delivering 40,000 Hz sound waves (up to 60W, 1–15 J/cm², Levels 1–5) to agitate localized subcutaneous fat without surface heat. Avoid face, heart, and joints.
  • Ergonomic Triangular Console: Compact weighted base (3.97 lbs / 1.8 kg) featuring intuitive front push-button controls, clear digital level readouts, and a secure handpiece cradle.
  • Intermittent Acoustic Modes: Continuous and pulsed acoustic rhythms allow tailored treatment intensity across dense or sensitive tissue folds.

Standard Routine Protocol: Apply a 1/8-inch (3mm) layer of ultrasound conductive gel. Glide in continuous circular motions for 15–20 minutes per zone, 2–3 times weekly across a 5–6 session course. Drink 68 fl oz (2L) water daily. Allow 10 minutes cooling after 60 minutes operation.

Body cavitation, with one dedicated handpiece

P8 / 40 KHZ BODY CAVITATION

P8 keeps the setup simple: one body cavitation handpiece connected to a triangular tabletop base. The console stays on the table while you hold the metal handpiece. It is a focused option for shoppers who want a body-care attachment and controls on a separate base.

A dedicated body setup with a separate tabletop console.

A closer look at the setup

  • The console stays in place while you hold the connected handpiece.
  • Front-panel adjustment buttons keep the controls within reach.
  • The top holder provides a place for the handpiece between sessions.

Allow space for the console, its cable and the handpiece between uses. The tabletop format is different from a cordless, one-piece beauty tool.

Does this setup fit your plans?

Think about the functions you actually want before comparing attachment counts.

You want a body-focused setup

  • One dedicated body handpiece keeps the attachment choice straightforward.

You prefer controls on a separate base

  • Make room for the tabletop console and connected cable.

You are comparing functions, not attachment counts

  • This is the single body cavitation configuration. Compare the RF setup if separate facial and body RF handpieces are what you need.

Your body cavitation handpiece

Single body cavitation handpiece with documented body-area labels

40K body cavitation handpiece

The round metal contact surface is the part used for body care. The listed areas are the abdomen, thighs, upper arms, back and waist; use only the placements specified for P8. The 40K label refers to the stated ultrasound frequency, explained in the terms below.

  1. Function: ultrasound cavitation.
  2. Attachment: the single metal body handpiece.
  3. Areas: abdomen, thighs, upper arms, back and waist, within the model instructions.

Your routine at a glance

Frequency
Follow the body-area schedule supplied for the device.
Session duration
A handpiece run-time limit is not a recommended session length. Use the separate area-specific directions.
  1. Step 1 applying skin care conductive gel before cavitation treatment.

    1. Check the setup

Place the console on a dry, stable surface and check the handpiece and cable before use.

  2. Step 2 abdomen routing directions for cavitation device.

    2. Prepare the permitted area

Clean the intended body area and use the contact product specified for P8.

  3. Step 3 showing circular glide motions from elbow to armpit.

    3. Follow the body-area directions

Use the settings, placement and movement directions supplied for your P8. Stop if you feel pain, burning or an unexpected reaction.

  4. Step 4 back directions to promote lymphatic circulation.

    4. Power off and clean

Switch off and clean the handpiece as directed, then return it to its holder.

This is a preparation overview. The handpiece operates with a 30-minute continuous run-time limit followed by a 5-minute cooling break. Use the instructions supplied with your P8 for the complete procedure, settings and schedule.

Key terms, simply explained

40K / 40 kHz
The stated ultrasound frequency: 40,000 cycles per second. It describes frequency, rather than electrical power or treatment time.
Ultrasound
Sound-wave energy above the range of human hearing. Cavitation is the ultrasound-based function named for this configuration.
Continuous run time
An equipment operating limit before a cooling break. It is separate from the recommended time on a particular body area.

Before you choose

Configuration, contact medium and timing distinctions.

What does 40K mean?

It means the stated ultrasound frequency is 40 kHz, or 40,000 cycles per second.

Is this handheld or tabletop?

It is a tabletop machine with a connected handpiece you hold. The console stays on the table.

Which areas is the handpiece for?

It is assigned to body care: the abdomen, thighs, upper arms, back and waist, using the placements permitted for P8.

Can I use it on my face?

No. P8 has a body cavitation handpiece, not a facial treatment attachment.

Does this configuration include RF?

No. This configuration lists one body cavitation handpiece. Compare the separate RF setup if RF attachments are part of your purchase plan.

Do I need contact gel?

Yes. Use the contact gel specified for P8 and confirm compatibility before substituting another product.

How long is a session?

Use the body-area timing supplied with P8. The handpiece has a 30-minute maximum continuous run-time limit, followed by a 5-minute cooling break. Equipment cooling limits are separate from the recommended treatment time for any single area.

Is this a weight-loss treatment?

No. It should not be presented as a weight-loss treatment or a substitute for weight-management care.

Before your first session

  • Do not use during pregnancy or menstruation, or with epilepsy, heart disease or diabetes, as listed for this model.
  • Do not treat wounded or injured skin.
  • Keep the device away from children and do not use damaged cables or loose power connections.
  • Stop for pain, burning or an unexpected reaction. Do not dismiss persistent ringing or hearing changes as a normal treatment result.

Read the full device restrictions before use. This product description is not an operating procedure or an individual suitability assessment.

Focused body wand without paying for extras I won't use

I didn't want to pay for facial attachments I'd never use. This single body wand has a solid metal head, feels substantial in the hand, and focuses entirely on my stomach and waist area. Seeing gradual smoothing after 4 weeks of consistent routines.

Great for maintaining thigh and abdomen routines at home

I was spending $150 per session at my local studio. Bought the P8 to maintain my routine on my thighs at home. The 40kHz sound pitch in your ears takes a minute to get used to, but it glides smoothly when you use plenty of ultrasound gel.

Glides easily, clear instructions on run-time limits

Bought this specifically for my upper arms and flanks. The round metal contact head is wide enough to cover areas quickly, though you need to angle it carefully on smaller arms. I appreciate the clear guidance on the 30-minute run-time limit and cooling break.

Sturdy bathroom counter setup—don't skip the conductive gel

The triangular console is sturdy and sits neatly on my bathroom counter with the wand resting in the top holder. Just remember you absolutely must use water-based ultrasound conductive gel, or the ultrasound waves won't transfer properly.

Zero clutter, simple push-button controls

I love that there aren't 6 different handles and hoses to confuse me. You just flip the back power switch, use the front push-buttons to pick from the 5 red intensity lights, and glide it over your waistline. Minimalist and super easy to store.
